Comparable to Nazuna Nanakusa, who could casually rip off another vampire's arm and was noted by her to be strong even among vampires. Vampires are noted to be on a whole different level from humans being "beyond strong", damaged the brick floor upon landing. Can break open locks. Tore through the concrete of two buildings. Comparable to other vampires who with a slash from far away can greatly damage a door, and easily break apart handcuffs)

Lifting Strength: Regular Human regularly, Superhuman with Half-Vampirism (Comparable to Nazuna Nanakusa, who casually ripped off and bent metal from the school playground)

Range: Standard Melee, Hundreds of Meters with Walkie Talkie (The walkie-talkie has a 150-meter radius)
Intelligence: Unknown Intelligence
Knowledge: At least Expert level (Has shown his own impressive intuition with detective work, figured out Anko Uguisu's plan after seeing all of her email to him)
Social Influencing (Went out of his way to help an woman in her 20s who was suffering from constant overwork, going as far as to promise her to turn her into a vampire so she can live free, with her even noting his actions makes it easier for her to get through the day. Noted by Anko Uguisu, that Kou has a mysterious effect of people that causes girls to go wild for him[1]), Pseudo-Summoning (With his walkie talkie, Kou can call over Nazuna Nanakusa).
Superhuman Physical Characteristics, Self-Sustenance (Nutritional Self-Sustenance & Restful Self-Sustenance; Vampires do not have pulses. Being a vampire eliminates the need for food and sleep, two of the three basic human needs), Social Influencing (Can make one feel calm and peaceful sleeping next to her), Acrobatics & Pseudo- Flight (Vampires like Nazuna are able to leap incredible distances, making it look like she's flying in the air. Noted that vampires can fly. Noted by Kou that vampires jump by using anything from buildings to poles as footing), Enhanced Senses (Turning into a vampire gave Akiyama perfect vision to the point that he didn't need glasses anymore), Pain Tolerance (Vampires feel no real pain from having their entire arm get ripped off) Immortality (Ageless; Vampires live indefinitely and are ageless. Noted by Nazuna that vampires can live for a really long time), Supernatural Resilience (Vampires can live with holes in their chest), Regeneration (Low-Mid; Vampires can regenerate from gunshot wounds to the head. Vampires can reattach lost limbs. The scrapes she had from ripping through concrete were healed. Higher through feeding; Akiyama through feeding on blood could heal several knife stab wounds that proved fatal when he was put under the vampire's weakness), Intangibility (Phasing; Nazuna can phase through walls, vampires can turn specific parts of their body intangible to avoid attacks), Non-Standard Interaction (Vampires can hit people while phasing through phasing on their own), Durability Negation (Vampires can use their phasing to have characters have parts of their bodies or limbs be stuck to them and rip them off), Empathic Manipulation (Noted that Vampires have a glamour effect that make them super attractive) Blood Manipulation (Should be comparable to vampires like Nazuna who can bite into humans and suck their blood), Memory Manipulation (Through drinking blood, vampires can see into one's memories), Transmutation & Corruption (Can turn one into a vampire through biting them if they fall in love with him), Sleep Manipulation (Vampires can put others into a deep hypnosis).
Resistance to Empathic Manipulation (Vampires are not affected by other vampires charms)
Standard Tactics: Kou will do something to make him to go through immense pain to trigger his half-vampirism, doing powerful hand to hand attacks along with using his intangibility.
Weaknesses: Kou needs to go through immense pain in order to trigger his half-vampirism. Vampires weakness is their human past, weapons can be made out of the person objects that connect them to who they once were. Vampires slowly lose memories of their human lives. Vampires swing wildly at people with everything they've got, making their attacks far too telegraphed.
