Background

Charged Attacks is a combat technique that involves gathering energy, force, or momentum before unleashing a more powerful strike than a normal attack. This technique is commonly seen across various forms of media, from video games to manga and anime. Characters using charged attacks typically hold or prepare an attack for a brief period, storing energy to release a more potent blow upon execution.

  • Ki Users (Dragon Ball): Ki users can charge and focus their ki into a single focal point for a much more powerful attack then they can use normally.
  • Mega Man (Mega Man): Mega Man can charge his mega buster to shoot out a powerful charged shot.
