While I do believe it's fair to say that Goku does have the more battle ready stats, and even more battle experience, I also think that he does not have much of a chance here. In particular, the cartoonish nature of the character and Goku's disposition would make it to where he loses this fight, likely to a frying pan hitting him in the head or something. For starters, her pain tolerance is high enough that nothing he does will truly cause any problems with her, and she'd likely be far more worried about her shoes being messed up and needing to walk around on the pavement ruining her socks, than the pole which hit her in the back. This is presuming that he does smack her with a pole, because he's attempting to turn her into a deer burger. This also leads into the fact that presuming Goku did manage to kill her, she'd be started right back up thanks to the Deer God, and in my opinion this is a huge if because he is likely to fall for her chaotic nature and leave her alone.
Now, Goku does have one win-con, but I don't believe he is going to ever use it under Standard Battle Assumptions. Because he is unlikely to ever drive as a child, he is unlikely to ever run her over after baiting her with the "What if I didn't run" technique, noted by famous YouTuber Markiplier with a 0% success rate for the Deer.
So yes, while I do not believe either die, nor do I believe Goku is going to be suffering anything akin to damage against King Piccolo or something else, I think enough wacky shenanigans get them (Nokotan) the win simply from not being able to put her down, falling for her Social Influencing, and/or just dropping it and ordering from Burger Chiefs.
