SBA. Speed Equalization Location: Waffle House Parking Lot at 11:00 PM

Description: Ouro Kronii finds herself at a Waffle House after training to deal with crowd control. Preparing to leave the parking lot, she crashes into Chronoa, and the Supreme Kai of Time blatantly admits she is not going to be paying for the damages she dished out onto her car. Having no money thanks to her horrible rent, Kronii finds herself preparing for battle to get Chronoa's spare change. Will Kronii knock Chronoa out of her three-dollars-and-fifty-cents, or is Chronoa going home with the chance to commit a crime and get off scott free.

Kronii's time abilities works on those who are beyond time along with her being able to send attacks to another timeline. Though she likes showing off a lot.

Chronoa I don't really see having a genuine wincon, her AP is far lower, her time abilities would get resisted by Kronii, and the sealing that could work, not only is it something she seems to immediately use for a fight but also it's very possible for Kronii to just escape it as she was already in an area with a being beyond the flow of time and iirc traveled out of the area between worlds.

This might be a stomp.
