Background
Squidward is first seen in his house. He notices SpongeBob and Patrick outside which annoys him. He yells at them to quit it, so SpongeBob and Patrick decide to go to Sandy's. Later, Squidward goes to his clarinet recital to perform, only to be met with hostile jeers by the crowd, including SpongeBob who all have bloodshot eyes. Depressed, Squidward walks home and begins to cry in his bedroom, as the camera pans closer to his face. Squidward's eyes begin to bleed out, as he reveals his face. He then proceeds to shoot himself, as he is instructed to by an unseen voice. The episode ends with Squidward's lifeless corpse lying on the ground.

He also has a skinny body, a big droopy nose, a wide mouth, and yellow eyes with rectangular maroon irises. He wears a golden-brown polo shirt.

Misconceptions
Squidward's Suicide and Red Mist are the same
Despite the popularity of using both name to refer to Squidward's Suicide, Red Mist is actually a completely different creepypasta which serves as a non-canon continuation of the former.
