I'll use this calc of Kris' height, or 5 feet (1.524 meters/152.4 cm), slightly below average for the age of 12.
152.4 * 62.4 / 72 = 132.08 cm (Explosion Radius)
Energy:
Y = ((x/0.28)^3)
Y is in kilotons, x is radius in kilometers.
((0.0013208/0.28)^3) = 1.04963206e-7 Kilotons
Non-nuclear, divide by two to get 5.24816029e-8 kilotons, or 219583.03 joules, Wall level
