I figure it's fair to use 60 seconds as the timeframe here. One minute being the average amount of time that people can hold their breath.

Since it doesn't really make much sense for the Bob-ombs to shoot the party to the moon if they would have just suffocated on the way there. And just for the record, it's established in Super Paper Mario that the characters can't breath in space.

They use 60 seconds because that's how long Mario can likely hold his breath for. However, Mario can in-fact breath in space. Goombella literally states this. And their first game in Star Road takes place in space. Additionally you can breath in space in Color Splash as shown in the Fan Thing animation. So SPM is an outlier for this display. So we're using 40 seconds since that's how long we see this take in the video.

389,603,000 m / 40s = 9,740,075 m/s

So along with the 582.4 kg weight of the cast, that gives us:
