Introduction
Realized that ARMS profiles were nuked, so I figured I'd get a headstart and began making a calculation. The one in question is the cast being able to destroy a portion of one of the arenas.

So the character in this scene, whose name is Mechanica, is apparently 234 centimeters in height (According to this page that is). This is an easy reference point from here.
She is about 151px in this shot. Now this crater was a perfect cylinder, so we'll use the formula for that.
Factoring in the other measurements, the volume is 145848848.90218cm³. Adding a volume reduction of 70% means the final volume is 43754654.6707cm³.
We'll be using concrete since it doesn't make sense for natural rock to have been used to build an arena.
Final Equation
145848848.90218(cm³)*0.45(J/cm³) = 65631982.006 joules (0.0156864201735182 tons of TNT), which is Room level+.
