Molli (and Olly) have charms , candies and curses that boost their speed, so i'll jus calc how fast they become

Molli has no real Travel Speed feat so I'll assume she is the lowest end of average human to lowball the calc

With the Swift Charm Molli gains a 1.25x speed boost, Making her speed now 6.25, So Molli without Optional equipment remains Average Human in speed

however with candies and curses this number gets bigger

Battery Bonbon gives Molli a 1.20x Speed boost

Mad Rush gives Molli a 30% speed boost, which is a 1.50x speed boost

so adding all that we get 11.25 m/s which is Peak Human

Molli with only Swift Charm: 6.25 m/s

Molli With all speed boost: 11.25 m/s
