Background
Vibration Manipulation is the ability to create, manipulate or otherwise use vibrations of any intensity in combat. This ability appears most often as an offensive attack, destabilizing the ground under the target or sending a destructive shock wave toward enemies. Note that this ability does not apply to characters who can create shock waves by brute force but who have this ability as a special power or technique.
