Summary
Resistance is the ability to reduce the effectiveness of certain techniques and abilities by any means, such as the considerable reduction in the power of time manipulation or its total suppression.
Whatever the capacity, resistance to this ability can be demonstrated in varying degrees of efficiency, ranging from mild and generally inconsequential to extremely high, which could completely nullify these capabilities. However, as with everything else, resistance must be judged on the basis of prowess.
Note: The highest degree of resistance is outright immunity, preventing the use of this ability on any scale from affecting the user. However, immunity is not easily acquired because if a person's resistance to a certain type of attack may be absolute in his verse, it is not necessarily the cases against more powerful uses of this ability.
