Time Manipulation

Time Pieces can stop, rewind, and manipulate time.

Time Manipulation is the ability to affect Time. This allows the user to go forwards or backwards in time, or allows them to Stop Time all together.

The ability varies depending on the verse it's used as such, Stopping Time may not affect the entire verse when it does so, it may be set to a limited range, or has a limited duration.

Note that just because time slows down for the user when moving, doesn't equate to Time Manipulation, and should be shown that it is an ability and not a side-effect of something else, such as speed or weight.
