Background
BFR, also known as Battle Field Removal is the ability to forcefully remove people from a location to another location outside the battlefield, keeping them there for a long enough time that they lose the fight.
The ways in which the User is able to use this ability varies from verse to verse. This is opposite to Escape Prevention.
Types
Type 1: Forced Teleportation: The user can forcefully teleport other beings outside of the battlefield, forcing them to attempt to return someway. This is often combined with Pocket Reality Manipulation.
- Examples:
Type 2: Application Based: The user can use applications of other abilities to take other beings away from the battlefield.
- Examples: Hekapoo (Star Vs. The Forces of Evil)
Type 3: Dimensional: The user can force their opponents into a spatial dimension where they are unable to continue fighting. Higher-level users can reduce one's very spatial dimension.
- Examples: Lavos (Chrono Trigger), Stygyro (Marvel Comics), Ganondorf (The Legend of Zelda)
