Buff Frog

Background

Buff Frog, real name Yvgeny Bulgolyubov, is a former member of Ludo's army who spied on Star Butterfly in addition to taking part in the battles against her and Marco to steal the wand. At the end of season 1 he reformed his ways, becoming an ally to Star and Marco. As of season 2, he raises a family of twelve adopted tadpoles and works with Boo Fly. As of season 4, he has left Mewni in fear that there will never be an understanding between his generation of monsters and Mewmans, though he does have hope for the newer generation.

Powers and Abilities: Superhuman Physical Characteristics, Acrobatics (In "On the Job", it is revealed that Buff Frog has the ability to jump extremely high), Skilled in H2H (One of Ludo's best warriors and shows very good skill in hand to hand combat), Weapon Mastery (Proficient with a battle axe), Stealth Mastery (Buff Frog is naturally competent at sneaking around, constantly delivering information to Ludo or whoever he's helping on the enemies current situation), Body Control (In "Is Mystery", Buff Frog stretches his tongue a considerable distance and uses it to pick locks), Space-Time Manipulation, Portal Creation, BFR, & Dimensional Travel (Type 2. Can create portals with dimensional scissors that lead to other Universes.)

Standard Equipment: 

• Battle Axe: Regular axe he uses in combat.

• Dimensional Scissors: Dimensional scissors are used for traveling between dimensions. By cutting anywhere in the air with the desired dimension to travel to in mind, the scissors create a portal. The portal itself usually reflects the designated dimension, like the portal to the Amethyst Arcade being pixelated and the portal to the Scum Bucket looking like blue waves. After someone passes through the portal, the portal either closes by itself or it can manually be closed by someone. The scissors can also be used as weapons, as demonstrated by Hekapoo. As revealed in "Deep Dive" and "Ludo, Where Art Thou?", if a scissors user does not have a specific destination in mind when using them, the portal that they open leads to a dead end.

Intelligence: Above Average (Was the only one in Ludo's army able to see through Toffee's deception, is usually able to formulate an enemies weakness and knows when to strike)

Standard Tactics: Buff Frog's method of fighting is carefully surveilling the enemy and only attacking when they seem to be at a state of weakness, there is a flaw in this plan though as he can often misinterpret or miscalculate the state of their weakness, like how he thought Star was defenseless on Earth because he didn't take Marco and her own fighting power into consideration.
