Background

Impossible Permutation is the an existence where one can make it where possibilities they are against do not exist and can exist in impossible scenarios. The characters are able to essentially ignore reality and exist as improbabilities in worlds with possibilities. This is essentially a sub-type of Space-Time Manipulation, as they can essentially exist in improbable space-times or make it where certain possible timelines can never occur.
