Explanation

Construction is the process of constructing a building or infrastructure, manipulating what the infrastructure does. Lower level users are master builders, able to create entire constructs from the objects they have on them such as buildings, weapons, defensive builds, etcetera. Higher users breach into Reality Warping territory, where they can construct entire cosmic structures with this power.
