Regieleki
Background
Regieleki is an electric golem-like Pokémon made mostly of electric energy generated by a single organ. It has a round yellow body with three spikes on top of its head. It has a pink pattern on its face that resembles the letter "X". Regieleki has five blue, metal-like insulated rings with two serving as shoulders connect to electric-like arms, while the other three serve as a combined bottom for the triangle body shape with lightning-shaped legs. Its body can glow bright yellow and the electric arms can open when attacking.
According to legend, Regieleki was created by Regigigas using pure electric energy. Regieleki absorbs electrons in order to stay alive and is said to have the greatest power of any Electric-type Pokémon. The insulated equipment on it cannot conduct electricity. It is believed to have been placed there by ancient people in order to restrain its powers due to being tormented by Regieleki and removing the rings is said to unlock the latent powers of Regieleki. It is powerful enough to generate all of Galar's electricity.

Brendan/May with Seven Gym[1] Badges can fight[2] Groudon or Kyogre, both of who required the likes of Rayquaza to stop them[3], who destroyed a meteor that was of this size[4] that Xatu described as something that messes with the very balance of the world and would cause great destruction if it hit[5])
Durability: Country level
Striking Strength: Country Class (Potency)

Pokémon are capable of holding various kinds of jobs such as working at a café[9], construction work[10], customer service, cloth making, power line setting and various others)
Knowledge: Journeyman level (Pokémon are naturally hardwired for combat, whether for sport or survival, in which they are capable of using a wide range of moves)

- Size Manipulation (It is mentioned by Laventon that each and every Pokémon is able to shrink itself down to minuscule size[29]).

- Absolute Zero (The move sheer cold causes Pokémon to only faint instead of die[30], which is noted to be a blast of absolute zero cold)
- Fire Manipulation (Pokémon can take being burned and only faint from it[31])
- Poison Manipulation (Pokémon will eventually cure itself of poison after being brought down to 1 HP or lose the poison status after fainting. Many poison type attacks such as Malignant Chain only has a chance of poisoning the user)

- Black Hole Manipulation (Pokémon at worst faint from Gardevoir's black hole attacks[41], it is even noted in all of Gardevoir's Pokedéx entries that they will create a small black hole to protect her trainer[42])
- Distortion World (Pokémon can naturally exist and fight within the Distortion World[43]). The Distortion World gives a resistance to the following:
- Law Manipulation & Physics Manipulation (Cynthia describes the distortion world as "A world where the rules are broken"[43]. When describing the Reverse World in an interview, concepts such as E=mc^2, matter, and anti-matter where brought into the mind of Junichi Masuda[44])

Junichi Masuda: We created Platinum with a new method of determining the game's direction that was based on the image of one Pokémon - Giratina. When I imagined Giratina, the idea of a "reversed world" came to my mind. I thought of concepts such as "E=mc2" and matter and antimatter. There is no top or bottom, no left or right. We increased the number of developers for Diamond and Pearl, so we wanted to clarify the game concepts for the team before we started the project Its better to hammer out the overall vision of the game first, and then all the team members will work towards that vision by throwing out ideas. The concept of "ultimate" was what we started out with for this title."
