 Scenario: Cell refuses to fignt Mr. Satan due to his unfathomable weakness. However, he believes this could be good training for his newest bug protégé, Caterpie. Conditions:

 Caterpie is above magikarp that can do things like cause craters and break apart boulders which already seems above Mr. Satan's paygrade. On top of that too it has moves to lower his speed, I don't think Mr. Satan also would even take a small caterpie seriously which would fuck him over, so giving it to Caterpie.

Caterpie's string shot also can bind pokémon with naturally stronger LS than Hercule, so he's not breaking out of that either. So that + Caterpie's overall Strength advantage just overwhelms him

 Mr.Satan would get cocky, String shot and then tackled out the arena. his ass is NOT winning.
