With spell card rules activated Reimu cannot use a lot of her techniques permanently so for round 2 this leans more in Dracula's favor, though both have a lot of similar resistances.

In the case here, I would say for round 1 it barely edges out for Reimu because Dracula has no way to actually interact with her when she's in Innate Dream while she can keep spamming attacks that home in. Also her natural luck would pull through.

For round 2, I'd also say Reimu as under spell card rules Dracula does not have experience dodging a large amount of bullets.

So Reimu for both rounds is what I'm thinking so far.

In my personal opinion, I believe that Reimu would end up winning this battle, however I do not propose any win based intentionally off of abilities, or something else. I see it as Dracula himself not minding a loss against a protagonist such as Reimu. In the first round, this is very much a possible interaction, I believe Reimu would end up irritating Dracula enough he would suffer from Stress Cardiomyopathy.

In the second round, I believe Dracula would quit the game. He isn't going to die, which means he's going to be irritated the whole time, give up, and cause Dracula's Castle to crash. This is likely going to damage Alucard, thus making Lisa enraged, and that would put him in a permanent lock that transcends time and space and functions within the crack between dimensions, and that's only the first lock.

Winner: Reimu I guess.

Consensus seems to be Reimu takes it I'll add it for now and leave the thread up for potential opposition in the future.
