Summary
Time Stop is the ability to stop time and move normally, an often specialized variation of Time Manipulation. In stopped time, characters can attack still opponents or organize and dodge attacks. Characters can stop the time only a few seconds or much longer. In some cases, they can also stop the time indefinitely. Often, characters who can stop the time can also move in the stopped time of others.
