Background

Saxton Hale is a daring Australian, President and CEO of Mann Co., and the star of many comics series. He is considered the fourth richest man in America. He was the sixth richest man in America, but surpassed the fifth by wealth and the fourth by killing him in a harpoon duel. His favorite pastimes include fighting, drinking, and battling with ferocious animals. In fact, most kids sleep with a teddy bear at night, but Saxton Hale sleeps with an actual bear that he tamed while in the Brazilian Jungles. His identifying features include a mustache, rippling muscles, a crocodile-tooth lined hat, and a patch of rotating chest hair shaped like Australia. He also refuses to wear clothes on his upper body "for obvious reasons".

Travel Speed: Supersonic (Faster than Scout, who outran sentry fire in Meet the Scout) , possibly FTL (Scout's cosmetics explicitly states that he is faster than light. There have been multiple statements that put several weapons from the mercs at light speed and sentry fire, which Scout outran, is faster than the projectiles from said weapons)

Combat Speed: High Hypersonic, possibly FTL (On par with Margaret, who caught Scout off-guard, whom in return is capable of reacting to the Flying Guillotine, which is 7.5 things faster than he can run)

Standard Tactics: Saxton engages his opponent in close quarters combat. If given the opportunity to do so, he is willing to use the environment to his advantage. If granted his optional equipment, he would likely use it.

Weaknesses: Saxton is a eccentric macho. He is also unwilling to hurt children, although he is willing to persuade others to do it for him.
