Hatsumi Sen, also known as The Floating Cloud, is an affiliated fighter within Kengan's parties. He represented the Nogi Group during the Kengan Annihilation Tournament. He is an extremely laid-back and rude person, so much so that all of his losses from Kengan were due to his disinterested attitude: 9 for falling asleep, 4 for rescuing, and 2 for forgetting there was a match. However, when he gets serious, he gets serious. Hatsumi is also a known ladies' man who has trouble keeping it in his pants, which is why some consider him nothing more than a lech. He is characterized by being as elusive as a floating cloud.
