Note: At first it might seem like Trevor killing Johnny Klebitz is a 9-B feat, this is not the case because of the fact that the latter was highly weakened due to the meth addiction he had built up Post-The Lost and Damned.

Note 2: The fact that, while activating Red Mist, Trevor is completely unaffected by headshots and 9-A explosives is considered to be Game Mechanics. It likely represents Trevor reaching a state of rage where he is able to ignore pain to a degree, but him being able to just shrug off explosions is not supported at any point throughout the entire game.
