The Speed Lord is a lycra being from the Filthy Frank series. Not much is known about him, as he is only seen once in the entire show, but it is assumed that he possesses great power and speed, as Frank thought he would be a valuable asset in the battle against Evil Dade, though unfortunately, he ends up being wrong as the Speed Lord is one-shot by Evil Dade.
