Background

Metal Gear Gustav, also more commonly known as Metal Gear G, is a mass produced bipedal tank briefly mentioned in Metal Gear 2: Solid Snake. Created by Dr. Pettrovich Madnar to serve Zanzibar Land, its main purpose is to analysis battlefield information and communicate it to soldiers. It also serves as a lightweight counterpart to Metal Gear D, though it doesn't have the nuclear capabilities that its heavyweight counterpart does.
