Background
Korra is the main character of the Nickelodeon animated series, The Legend of Korra. Born as the immediate successor to Avatar Aang within the Southern Water Tribe, she became the next Avatar in the elemental cycle. She was innately adept at using Waterbending, Firebending, and Earthbending from an incredibly young age. After being taken in by the White Lotus, she trained and honed her Bending abilities until she reached the age of 17 from top mentors like Katara.
Life for her at the White Lotus training quarters dipped into relative boredom because she couldn't learn Airbending there, so she stowed away on a ship to Republic City. She traveled to the city in order to get Airbending training from the current master, Tenzin. During her time there, she made multiple friends and would assume her duties as the Avatar to stop many international conflicts.

Age: 17 (Book 1), 18 (Books 2 & 3), 21 (Book 4)
Classification: Human, Avatar, Southern Water Tribe Member, Pro-Bender, Diplomat, Bender
Attack Potency: Wall level physically (Effortlessly kicked a Metalbending officer away. Threw a gangster with such force he flew several meters, crashed into a window, and broke multiple wooden objects. Ragdolled a guy with such force he broke several metal pipes. Can fight and harm other Benders physically). Varies, up to Large Building level+ with Bending (Outdid Amon in combat, who is comparable to his father, Yakone. Yakone's Bloodbending allowed him to restrain Toph and Aang. Yakone explained his Bloodbending is directly linked to his potency at Watebending, implying he is far above the likes of Katara. This would put Amon at a similar level of power too). Large Mountain level in the Avatar State (The Avatar State is a defense mechanism, designed to empower Korra with the skills and knowledge of all the past Avatars which should give her the strength of Kyoshi who split an island to create Kyoshi Island. This includes other Avatars, such as Yangchen who moved a bunch of clouds through Bending. Also comparable to Avatar Kuruk, who can throw large landmasses around), far higher in the Spirit World (Raava specifically noted the Avatar is at their strongest in the Spirit World) | Wall level physically. Varies, up to Large Building level+ with Bending. Moon level in the Avatar State and Cosmic Korra (Superior to Koi-Zilla as a Fully-Powered Raava is regarded as the "all-powerful spirit" alongside her other. Fully-Powered Raava and Cosmic Korra have both defeated Vaatu, who is regarded as being able to annihilate the Human and Spirit Realms. Korra stated Vaatu would have "destroyed the whole world" had she not stopped him), far higher in the Spirit World | Wall level physically. Varies, up to Large Building level+ with Bending. At least Large Building level+ with Bending (Overwhelmed Kuvira when she went into her Avatar State) | Wall level physically. Varies, up to Large Building level+ with Bending. Moon level with the Avatar State (Reconnected with Raava to finally regain her power. Easily redirected Kuvira's Spirit Cannon, which could output this much power. Kuvira admitted the Avatar State's power was far beyond anything she could ever hope to achieve)
Dimensionality: 3-D
Travel Speed: Likely Superhuman (Should be comparable to Aang)
Combat Speed: Massively Hypersonic (Caught Amon by surprise with an Airbending blast, who is evasive enough to dodge lightning) | Massively Hypersonic by herself. Sub-Relativistic with the Avatar State and Cosmic Korra (Superior to Koi-Zilla. Scales to UnaVaatu who covered the world in darkness in a matter of seconds) | Massively Hypersonic (Could fight against Zaheer, who fought against Zuko, someone who could catch lightning) | Massively Hypersonic by herself. Sub-Relativistic with the Avatar State
Reaction Speed: Massively Hypersonic | Massively Hypersonic by herself. Sub-Relativistic with the Avatar State and Cosmic Korra | Massively Hypersonic | Massively Hypersonic by herself. Sub-Relativistic with the Avatar State

Moon level with the Avatar State, far higher in the Spirit World | Wall level physically. Large Building level+ with Bending Shields. At least Large Building level+ with the Avatar State | Wall level physically. Large Building level+ with Bending Shields. Moon level with the Avatar State, far higher in the Spirit World
Stamina: Extremely high (Could fight for prolonged periods of time, even when the poison weakened her body and Avatar State immensely)
Range: Standard melee range physically. Varies, up to Hundreds of meters with Bending. Tens of kilometers with the Avatar State, far higher in the Spirit World | Standard melee range physically. Varies, up to Hundreds of meters with Bending. Planetary with the Avatar State, far higher in the Spirit World | Standard melee range physically. Varies, up to Hundreds of meters with Bending. Kilometers with the Avatar State | Standard melee range physically. Varies, up to Hundreds of meters with Bending. Planetary with the Avatar State, far higher in the Spirit World
Standard Equipment: None notable
Intelligence: Gifted by herself (Although she is quick-tempered and impatient, Korra has shown incredible Bending prowess. By the time she was 17, she mastered three of the four elements, faster than even most Avatars. She effectively learnt modern Pro-Bending fighting styles in a short amount of time and incorporated it into more classical styles. Has shown to be quick-thinking in many situations such as disabling a mecha tank by bending water into its pipes and tripping up Benders. Could fight off two Waterbenders with physicals without needing to use Bending herself. Mastered her Bending to the point she can do it while heavily restricted and without gestures). Extraordinary Genius in the Avatar State (Has the combined knowledge of all the past Avatars, giving her thousands of years of experience) | At least Gifted by herself (Managed to effectively master Airbending over the span of a year. Picked up Metalbending rather fast to the point she could keep Suyin's expertly trained children on their toes. Could Firebend and Earthbend effectively while even being shackled). At least Extraordinary Genius in the Avatar State (Despite losing her connection to previous Avatars, she is far more connected to Raava than past Avatars aside from Wan. Can access Raava's intelligence, a being who has bonded and witnessed the lives of other passed Avatars and lived at least a hundred million years) | At least Gifted by herself. Unknown in the Avatar State (Lost her general connection to Raava and seems a bit more wild after having the poison in her body) | Genius by herself (After overcoming her PTSD, Korra became a Fully-Realized Avatar with full mastery over her Bending and Avatar State. Convinced Kuvira to stand down after disabling her Spirit Cannon. Became an incredibly effective public speaker. Pulled the remaining poison outside of her body when it was noted even Suyin, a Metalbender with 40+ years of experience, didn't have the skill to fully perform this). At least Extraordinary Genius in the Avatar State
Weaknesses: Korra is rather hotheaded and impatient. This often leads her to get into bad situations if others aren't around to help maintain these bad tendencies. However, this is mostly in regard to non-combat scenarios as she doesn't let these impulses affect her fights often at all. While she greatly surpasses most Benders, she still has some limits: she needs earth to Earthbend and water to Waterbend, the solar eclipse disables her Firebending, and the lunar eclipse disables her Waterbending. If she is killed in the Avatar State, she won't be able to reincarnate with the Avatar cycle ending. If Raava is taken out of her or destroyed, she will lose her connection to her past lives and lose access to the Avatar State entirely. She will be corrupted and destroyed spiritually if she doesn't perform Energybending correctly. Korra is also incapable of bending while in the Spirit World | Same as before minus the past lives part (she already lost access to them) and her impulsive tendencies have been greatly reduced | Same as before minus her impulsive tendencies. Her ability to properly fight has been influenced by the poison the Red Lotus injected in her. It led to it being hard to use her Bending as effectively as she used to. Additionally, she gained PTSD from her fight with Zaheer that often slips up her performance in battles | Same as before minus the poison effects and PTSD
Notable Attacks/Techniques:
Key: Pre-Harmonic Convergence | Post-Harmonic Convergence to Pre-Red-Lotus Fight | Post-Red Lotus Fight to Pre-Spirit World | Post-Spirit World
Note: The reason Avatar State Korra gets significantly stronger, swifter, and smarter after Harmonic Convergence has to do with her connection to Raava. Although she lost access to prior skills and powers of previous Avatars, these Avatars were only empowered by a Depowered Raava. After the events of the recent Harmonic Convergence, Raava regained her Full Power form at its peak. This is the Raava that Korra bonds with, making her the strongest and swiftest Avatar ever. As for intelligence, past Avatars have shown that they don't consult with Raava and use her intellect fully. Rather, they are more reliant on the past lives themselves than Raava. Korra is more spiritually in-tune with Raava than previous Avatars aside from Wan.
