Codex Statistics

Grade: A

Tier: 4-B

Cardinality: Finite

Dimensionality: 3-D

Attack Potency: Solar System level (Potency) (Ruan Mei noted that if the danger was too great for The Trailblazer, she would've stepped in to fight Starcrusher Swam King: Skaracabz[15]. All party members are relative to The Trailblazer, even if they haven't been in main story missions, as their data versions can fight with them in the Simulated Universe, which is generated from The Trailblazer's memories pre-loading data versions of all the people they've met [16], where the bosses are stronger and more powerful in the Simulated Universe then the actual bosses they fought, making her comparable to The Trailblazer who fought and defeated Phantylia, who can casually "crush" one with the weight of a star, causing a massive explosion, along with greatly dwarfing the planet in size[17] and Dan Heng, who was noted in Part III of Himeko's character story that he defeated monsters that can swallow stars in just one strike of his lance[18])

Durability: Solar System level (Comparable to the Astral Express Crew, who can tank a star destruction at point-blank range[19], which gets these levels of energy)

Attack Speed: Massively Hypersonic (Comparable to The Trailblazer who is comparable to Seele[21], who could cut a bullet right before it reached Bronya[22], reaching these speeds, and move faster then Bronya's gun[23]. Can fight against Kafka, who in her ultimate views all of the bullets as stationary, reaching these speeds. Comparable to Fu Xuan, who viewed Kafka's bullets as moving so slow she can casually turn them around to hit each other reaching these speeds), likely Far Higher (Comparable to The Trailblazer, Can dodge iridescent beams from Mask of No Thoughts from a distance[24])

Reaction Speed: Massively Hypersonic, likely Far Higher

Stamina: Unknown

Range: Standard Melee, Several Meters with Ruan

Intelligence: Metagenius Intelligence

She is one of the four geniuses that worked to create a program that contains an entire universe just like the universe they live in but more streamlined and customized[25], cultivated the simulated Aeon along with Screwllum[26]. Noted by Herta that Ruan Mei is a genius in the field of biology, possessing extraordinary perception and cognitive integration abilities, easily capturing microscopic details of reality and synthesizing them into a torrent of information within her mind, which she uses for deductive thinking[27]. People not a part of the Genius Society have done things like recreate someone's memories an consciousness into an android that fully believed they were an actual person and that they were human, where even the most advanced diagnostic equipment couldn't detect the difference between her and a real person[28])

Knowledge: Grandmaster level

Ruan Mei is noted to be a master in the field of creation, cultivating the protoplasms of the simulated Aeons[35]. Views the progress of the universe from its microscopic creatures and macroscopic creatures as very simple, wishing to discuss "the true essence of life," something that all individuals possess unknowingly[36]. Members of the Genius Society view the Intelligentsia Guild as the "mediocre", not being considered amongst the cream of the crop[37]. Members of the Genius Society are sent a signal by the Aeon of Erudition, inviting geniuses to join in the search for answers to the universe, where Nous views mortals that have created a priceless asset of civilization with their diligence and wisdom as mere insignificant achievements not worthy of his glance, to truly join the genius society itself, one needs to acknowledge the conclusion that "the answer to the universe is beyond the limits of mortal wisdom"[38].

Along with this, immortality and resurrection is seen as a mere status effect within Honkai: Star Rail as characters like Pela can debuff the Mara-Struck Soldiers ability to revive themself making it where they die that the Mara-Struck does not heal them as opposed to the other soldier who wasn't debuffed).

Equipment

Ruan

A stringed instrument Ruan Mei uses in combat in order to attack enemies or increase the stats of herself and her allies.

Notable Techniques

Silken Serenade

Ruan Mei's outside of battle technique. After using the technique, gains Silken Serenade. At the start of the next battle, automatically triggers the Skill for 1 times without consuming Skill Points.

In Simulated Universe, when Ruan Mei has Silken Serenade, the team actively attacking enemies will always be regarded as attacking their Weakness to enter battle, and this attack can reduce all enemies' toughness regardless of weakness types. When breaking weakness, triggers weakness break effect corresponding to the attacker's type. For every blessing in possession up to 20 blessings, additionally increases the toughness-reducing damage of this attack by 100%. After breaking an enemy target's weakness, additionally deals to the enemy target break damage equal to 100% of Ruan Mei's ice break damage.

Threading Fragrance

Ruan Mei's basic attack, deals ice damage equal to 50% of Ruan Mei's attack to a single target enemy.

At trace level 2 the attack damage increases to 60%. At trace level 3 the attack damage increases to 70%. At trace level 4 the attack damage increases to 80%. At trace level 5 the attack damage increases to 90%. At trace level 6 the attack damage increases to 100%.

While inside the field, all allies' All-Type RES PEN increases by 15% and their attacks apply Thanatoplum Rebloom to the enemies hit. When these enemies attempt to recover from weakness break, Thanatoplum Rebloom is triggered, extending the duration of their weakness break, delaying their action by an amount equal to 20% of Ruan Mei's break effect plus 10%, and dealing break damage equal to 30% of Ruan Mei's ice break damage.

Enemy targets cannot have Thanatoplum Rebloom re-applied to them until they recover from weakness break.

Other

Standard Tactics: Ruan Mei will use her ruan for attacks and various buffs.

Weaknesses: Doesn't understand love and thus cannot return those feelings, out of fear of not understanding this she doesn't know what to do with her creations.

Note: While the speed seems somewhat high, Kafka herself never directly uses her gun against the party members as a standard attack, she always uses it as a follow up attack even in her boss fight after inflicting the shock status effect on them.

Explanations

Paths

The paths that Star Rail characters have in game are not the actual paths they follow, there is an innate difference between using the abilities of a path and being a Pathriders of that path[90] being apart of different factions[91]. For example, March 7th is listed under the Path of Preservation[92], though she is apart of the Trailblaze path as a member of the Astral Express[93], one does not necessarily need to be in a path to us their abilities either, the Trailblazer while they were trying to protect March 7th from the Doomsday Beast, created a forcefield[94], despite using abilities from Destruction[95]. Thus the path one has in game mainly refers to their abilities and not the actual path they follow, this applies with Light Cones too.

The emission of stellar radiation depends on their surface temperature and also on their activity. Therefore, emission is related to the evolution and spectral type of the star and it can be highly variable
