Interesting one, I guess it's time to place the gameboard.

Battler goes for straight punches while Reimu attacks from afar, as noted, Battler will not let anything interact with his story (which is his endless nines) so Reimu would have some issues, however Reimu has some things that can counter Endless Nine: Reimu can go beyond the limits of systemization, thus she can ignore rules such as endless nines, she can nullify all foreign boundaries, which would apply the same thing as to not let any story interact but in this case all concepts that are foreign to her would be nullified.

She also has fantasy nature where she is outside of everything to where not even characters like Yukari's boundary manipulation can reach her in this state.

On top of this her supernatural luck works beyond even magic's reach and has been displayed to do things like have the attacks themselves just move out of the way of Reimu for no real rhyme or reason.

Now Battler on the other hand asides from his endless nine has things such as speed transcendence, which in his case effectively makes it where distance is not relevant to him, and truths to try and change the outcome. Issue though for truths is Touhou already has it's own version of truths, so Reimu would be pretty aware of how that would go.

The main issue here is Reimu's fantasy nature because as I noted before it's already unreachable by Yukari, the sole girl whose boundary powers are even nodded to by ZUN to be keeping worlds separate and effectively manipulate anywhere and everywhere, thus it's hard to say Battler would be able to reach Reimu, especially since he hasn't shown the range too. Meanwhile Reimu while in Fantasy Nature shoots dozens of orbs that go down overtime. We also know his story empowerment isn't infinite since Bernkastel killed him after throwing thousands of blue truths at him.

I don't think Battler is too used to dealing with danmaku patterns especially since it's not like the blue truth barrage where he just needs to solve the mystery of each one so I don't know if he's able to do much in this case since the winner is based off whose the "most beautiful" with their attacks.
