00 is the Tritagonist of buggerworlc and a police unit in cyberworld. 00 was found kidnapped by two agent clowns in the back of the cyberworld strip club. Breaking out of the rooe holding his limbs together, 00 assisted Rabid dog and Bullet in taking down the clowns and The Funnyman
