Background

Qrow Branwen is the younger twin brother of Raven Branwen, biological uncle of Yang Xiao Long and honorary uncle of Ruby Rose. He is a former member of the Branwen Tribe as well as a former teacher at Signal Academy. In his youth, Qrow attended Beacon Academy with his sister, and together they were on a team with Summer Rose and Taiyang Xiao Long, known as Team STRQ. Qrow is also involved with a secret brotherhood led by Ozpin, whose purpose is to protect Remnant and is privy to knowledge kept secret from most of the world. On the surface Qrow is a seemingly rude, blunt, cynical, sometimes crass, yet cool-headed and nonchalant individual, who appears at first glance to be somewhat immature, insensitive and stand-offish, but behind this childish façade hides a heart of gold, a lifetime of suffering, and the demeanor of a veteran Huntsman shouldering the burden of defending Remnant.

Powers and Abilities: Superhuman Physical Characteristics, Aura, Weapon Usage, Passive Probability Manipulation, Causality Manipulation (His Semblance increases the probability of negative effects, and can change the effect or range of an attack, such as seen when his strikes had not only dealt a shockwave, but also destroyed the part of a small building behind Tyrian Callows that was out of range. Qrow can also in turn increase his Semblance's effect, making it cause more effects), Distance Negation (He can also send strikes towards his enemy without the usage of his Semblance), Non-Physical Interaction and Minor Soul Manipulation (Can interact with and destroy Auras)

Standard Equipment: Harbringer

Intelligence: Gifted (He can keep up with characters such as Tyrian Callows, a notable serial killer who had murdered hundreds of Huntsmen, even capable of keeping up with him in fisticuffs alone. Tyrian can also easily take on members of JNPR alongside Ruby Rose without much effort, which Qrow could easily defeat him. He's also capable of keeping up with Winter Schnee in combat, who is a notable master of rapier combat, which he had no trouble against)

Standard Tactics: He leads with attacks from his blade at a close range, but also leads with shots from Harbringer's shotgun at a long range.

Weaknesses: His Aura and Semblance can be drained if given enough damage, or if he's used too much of his semblance. This will also apply when he is resisting attacks, such as extreme colds or heats. Due to his Semblance being passive, he cannot change how it affects objects, though he can enhance it instead, but will also try to keep a long distance from people he is close to.
