Scoff is the 2nd party member and ally Raven meets along her Journey. Meeting at the Woodridden Road, Scoff assists Raven towards the City in the Clouds by taking her up Teetering Tower. He stayed with her on her journey, even after learning he would cease to exist upon her waking up.
