Background
Krusha K. Rool, also known as King K. Rool, is an antagonist within the Donkey Kong Country series. He is the king of the Kremlings and attempts to steal Donkey Kong's banana horde. He attempts to terrorize the Kong's as much as he can, though this has presumably turned him insane due to his blood-shot eye, which is apparently from every time he's failed against Donkey and Diddy Kong who've foiled his plans.
