Intelligence:

Extraordinary Genius (Singlehandedly competes with modern humanity's scientifically peak organizations on his own, while simultaneously improving them beyond what would normally take decades of research. He also has an extensive mastery of most, if not all, branches of science. Just to give a few examples:

Biology: Understood the antimatter experiments (which were nigh-incomprehensible to laymen, being 5–6 steps ahead of current scientific limits) just by taking a glance at their computers. He immediately saw through the flaws and miscalculations of Yanagisawa, concluded that he could exceed Yanagisawa's theories, and on the spot, he came up with the extremely complex plan of managing his own experiments whilst making Yanagisawa think he was the one managing them, and succeeded perfectly. (Solely using knowledge he acquired within a month of self-study)

Engineering: Consistently outpredicted the 'evolved' barrage of bullets from autonomously intelligent fixed artillery, which is a [https://imgur.com/a/BbpuGmq state-of-the-art military technology far surpassing any of the existing AI for a whole day. After he realized Ritsu couldn't fit in with others, he decided to modify Ritsu. A sentient AI that surpassed Ritsu's calculative capabilities, as shown by how it could make routes for bullets that would make it far easier for Ritsu to assassinate him, whilst it took the positioning and cooperatives of each student into consideration. The massive software that powers them, the full-screen LCD display and modeling software for Ritsu's body clothes, as well as the memory supplements, were all handcrafted. Genius (He grew up in a lawless hellhole, able to rely on nothing but death, money, and his own skills. After his first killing as a child, he decided to be an assassin. Accepted any request, no matter how difficult, slipped through any defense, no matter how impossible, and killed the world's superpowers in a week. Unable to trust anyone but himself, he used anything and anyone to polish and expand his own potential, be it intelligence to beat the strong, power to beat intelligence, or humanly charm to disarm both. There is no escape for his target unless he is surpassed in every way.

He is a person who believes in very few things, and death is one of the most genuine of them. To give death, which he believes in, he honed his skills to an inhumane extent. A vision that could tell a toddler had a talent that would match his own eventually with a single glance and see the gap between muscle and bone on the target in motion from far away, with the the precision and strength to send a grain of sand to rip the target's aorta through said gap. The ability to see their minds as waves in front of their eyes in order to detect "color in consciousness," or their next move, whether or not it will be safe for him to assault the target, "gaps in consciousness," or openings in their guard, as well as their "peak in consciousness," or the state of mind in which a person is highly susceptible to outside stimuli, such as the Clap Stunner. Using his understanding of human psychology, he can convert people into mindless supporters of his ideals, make them completely disregard their own well-being, or brainwash his target. The sheer vastness of his assassination options is shown by how easily he could assassinate Yanagisawa, even while restrained by his neck, arms, and legs. According to data books, if his fingertips and mouth are free, then it’s possible for him to assassinate you. Besides biting off Yanagisawa's neck, he had thought of ten other ways to kill Yanagisawa at that particular moment.

It is unlikely that he will be forced into hand-to-hand combat, but this does not mean he is unprepared for it. As a man who is stated to surpass humans altogether, he has unrivaled combat skills among humans. This is first seen by how easily he disarmed and overwhelmed his protégé multiple times, even while reading a book with one hand. And, as he undoubtedly demonstrated in his battle with The Reaper, while lacking the physical power of an average human, he was forced to fight against The Reaper to protect his students, and even worse, the scientist responsible for his current state was aiding The Reaper in the fight. While he was overwhelmed briefly, he quickly regained the upper hand, predicting The Reaper's actions to kill the speed difference, deflecting attacks with minimal strength, closing in on him to kill the power difference, while simultaneously using his environment to prevent Yanagisawa from exploiting his weaknesses, using everything possible for him to get the upper hand, his actions being so advanced that they were only understood by a severely enhanced supercomputer.

But, despite all this, his strongest aspect might as well be his self-awareness and ability to see his short-comings and immediately work on and overcome them. As a man walked the path of death and destruction, unable to trust or find value in anyone. When he finally met someone he could trust and value and lost her, one of his very first thoughts was "I could have prevented this" and immediately afterwards, pleading to tentacles to make him weak, so that he could protect, not destroy. And he continued to work on this philosophy throughout the year, finding new ways to protect by exploring and training his new body; taking control of the anti-matter energy within; finding a way to fit through any space while retaining most of his abilities; using his energy and cells to heal people; being fast enough to assemble a body cell by cell; precise enough to take utmost care of every single cell; all these abilities and more were invented and perfected within a year, to see through his will to protect and make amends, to himself and to her.

Notable Techniques

Advanced Nekodamashi: When the opponent's conscious wavelengths reach their peak, when said opponent is in a state of extreme concentration and agitation, even the tiniest stimuli will cause a tremendous shock to their system. Which can be used to temporarily paralyze the target and make them collapse.

Conscious Reading: The human consciousness has wavelengths, looking into the vibration of the target's mind, you can sense their breathrate, line of sight, their facial expression and critical openings in their defenses. The user gets an image in their head, being able to see if their target's face is bright or dark. When they look light, they are off guard, but when they look dark, they are on guard. Using this, the user can read the target's intention and predict their attacks before they can give it off.

Absolute Defense Form: Korosensei forms a translucent sphere that is compressed of high-density crystallized energy. He shrinks his body as small as he can, then uses the surplus energy to form a shield around it. Once in this form, he is truly invulnerable. Water, anti-tentacle bb's, it repels them and everything else. The only official object that was able to penetrate it was the Spear of Heaven.

Energy Blast: An ability developed from the Absolute Defense, he can concentrate and withdraw energy from some of his tentacles to create a powerful blast.

Molting: A once-a-month occurrence, Korosensei can shed his skin. and use it as a protective membrane either on himself or another individual, protecting them from being hurt even from grenade explosions.

Superhuman Senses: Despite being a smiley face emoji, Korosensei still has his sensory organs. He has a strong enough smell to smell a bomb hidden in a giant pudding, can smell the sent of his students on a mountain in the distance, can smell his students eating chocolate in a forest, and can smell the scent of an assassin in an airport kilometers away. His sight is so good that he can spot a beetle on a tree and see Karasuma and The Reaper's fight many meters away by zooming in his eyes. Finally, his hearing is so good that he can hear and recognize the sound of each of his individual student's footsteps many meters away.

Superhuman Digestion: Korosensei can coat his tongue with his digestive acids, which are strong enough to melt shoes on contact and melt metal bullets.

Water Absorption: Upon contact with water, a tentacle will absorb it like a sponge and swell up, and thus its mobility will be hindered. This can be partially negated if his mucus is used to turn it into a gel.

Mucus: His mucus can do more than just negate his water absorption. It also allows him to fly silently, can stop bullets, and can replace human cells perfectly.
