Background

The Mutilator is the killer and main antagonist in Puppet Combo's Meat Cleaver Mutilator. He is a reasonably tall, presumably adult male of unspecified age. His attire consists of a Gray Wolf Mask, a Red Boiler suit, Brown Work Boots and a butcher's Meat Cleaver to slice and mutilate victims with.
