Introduction
A Vampire is a powerful creature created from a human virgin drained of blood by a vampire of the opposite sex, only for said vampire to offer their own blood in return. This resurrects the corpse as a newborn among the undead and perpetuates a lineage. The first ever vampire to exist was Alucard. Within the Hellsing universe, there are two distinct types of vampires introduced: the aforementioned "true" vampires, and artificial ones created either through the FREAK chip or the Millennium Organization's experiments, both rooted in harvesting raw essence from true vampires. They are also known as a "No-Life King,"Nosferatu," and a "Demon". These names however are commonly associated with true vampires rather than artificial vampires, in which they are known simply as "Freaks".
Abilities
- Superhuman Physical Characteristics: Vampires are noted to be exceeedling powerful, being able to tear through humans like they were mere rags[1].
- Enhanced Senses: Vampires through using their third eye are able to see targets even from 600 meters away at nighttime[2].
- Extrasensory Perception: It is noted that vampires have excellent reflexes and conceptration, a sixth sense[3].
- Pierce Resistance: Minor Pierce Resistance; Noted that guns won't do a thing and that guns could never kill a vampire[4], vampires such as Alucard can casually block bullets[5].
- Immortality Ageless; Vampires are noted to be ageless and immortal[7]. Regenerative Immortality; Through vampiric regeneration.
- Regeneration: Low-Mid; Vampires can normally regenerate from things such as Alucard being shot up by multiple guns at once and losing parts of his body and arms[8].
- Resurrection: Through blood coming on their body or drinking it, vampires are able to reanimate their corpses[9].
- Supernatural Resilience: Vampires can survive any wounds, even from their weaknesses as long as it doesn't target their heart[10][11].
- Precognition: Analytical Prediction; Vampires are able to feel a humans killing intent and read their movements[12].
- Transformation: Shapeshifting; Alucard views as basic vampire abilities the ability to transform into mist or bats[13].
- Intangibility: Phasing; Vampires are able to phase through walls[15], along with phasing from the floor[16].
- Corruption: Vampires can only breed more vampires by drinking the blood of a virgin of the opposite sex, others are simply food and end up becoming ghouls, the servants of vampires[17].
- Mind Manipulation: Mind Control; Vampires that attack victims who are not virigins turn them into zombies that are under their control[18].
- Blood Manipulation: Vampires are able to suck the blood from humans which acts as both their sustenance[20], and as a way to heal or resurrect themself[21].
- Absorption, Metaphysics Manipulation (Soul Manipulation & Essence Manipulation), Conceptual Manipulation & Power Absorption: It is noted when Alucard reaches level 0 by Integra that vampires sucking the blood out of one is to make the whole existence of a life one's own, which makes previously devoured opponents apart of them and they gain their abilities[22][23][24][25], with people like The Major further noting that the life of souls is similiated through sucking one's blood[26], along with this vampires can even absorb the blood of abstract concepts such as the schrodinger's cat[27][28][29][30]. Alucard upon biting Rip Van Winkle absorbed her and her blood into his body[31].
- Paradox Existence Negation (Concept and Non-Concept), Personal Nonexistence Negation (Metaphysical Nonexistence) Immortality Negation (Life and Death Immunity) & Regeneration Negation (High-Godly): As vampires can absorb the blood of abstract concepts such as Schrodinger's cat, they can also completely kill the Schrodinger's Cat user for good, gaining the ability themself[32][33][34][35]. Where in the state of Schrödinger's Cat, one is neither alive or dead, and nothing more then a cluster of imaginary numbers[36][37][38][39], where users such as Alucard returned back to his physical form[40] after being erased on such a scale that he became a collection of imaginary numbers, existing everywhere and nowhere, meaning he was nonexistent through every point in time[41][42][43][44].
- Fusionism: Through sucking one's blood, vampires have a combination with the existence of others and the fusion of their lives and minds[45].
- Illusion Manipulation: Standard Illusions; Vampires can cause illusions such as growing into massive giants that can cut through entire buildings[47].
Resistances
- Illusion Manipulation: Standard Illusions; Vampires through the use of their third eye can see through illusions, along with this, even vampires untrained in their third eye will be able to tell that something is an illusion[48].
Weaknesses
- Along with this, the process of a corpse turning into a ghoul is not instantaneous and can take some time, allowing one to dispose of the corpse before it can turn into a ghoul[50].
- Vampires are unable to cross running waters[55], it's furhter noted that they cannot cross rivers, oceans, lakes or flowing canals[56].
- If a vampire fuses with a concept such as Schrödinger's Cat, they run the risk of being erased based off the the concept[61][62][63][64].
