I want to play a game... A game that I can fully immerse myself in, even if for a while. A game that can make me forget about boring everyday life... I'm aware of that of course. Getting good grades is simple. Whether it's formulas, grammar, vocabulary, or dates... It's simply a question of how much you can memorize. The university entrance exams are known as the "Examination Wars", but there's no real "war" or "competition" involved. I could never get serious over anything like that. A game that follows a certain theme... With players having to abide by a set of rules while coming up with effective and logical strategies. I'd be able to get serious with a game like that's why I find normal everyday life to be extremely boring...

In the battle against Rindou, he destroyed a tree. And after looting Rindou's sword, Akira displayed the same power to cut trees)

Powers and Abilities: Vehicular Mastery ([In the first chapter, Akira has shown us that he can pilot a bicycle), Genius Intelligence (See the section intelligence for more information in-depth), Limited Ability Creation (Akira's ability is what other person believes your ability to be), Limited Power Nullification (Not applicable in real combat; The Handcuffs seals Akira's ability and this only works on himself), Partial Transformation/Materialization (Akira is able to transform/materialize a part of his arm in a cannon just like Mion), Telepathy (Can talk telepathically), Teleportation, Statistics Amplification (He can multiple his physical strength just like Yuuri can, but it seems that he can't make real use of it), Shapeshifting (Can shapeshift himself into Tatara Ringo), Social Influencing (Akira is the one who tried to make a contract with the Blue Team to get their help in the King Hunting quest and to make this he even said that he was selling his points to the Blue Team to get their help. Also, Akira demonstrated the capability to manipulate others with his speech; He is the one who spread fake pieces of information about his ability to confuse the Red Team before the King Hunting quest to make Masaya Kuroiwa believe in the rumors about his true power. He displays that become intelligent is no more than memorizing grammar, formulas, vocabulary, and dates. Akira is the rank 9th in the World Logic Play, an online game where the player will debate against another player making using of arguments, the game has the presence of a great number of nonnative players, like people who speak English, with even presence of intellectuals)

Standard Tactics: Akira normally leads trying to understanding how the enemy's ability works, when he completely understands how it works and the possible weakness, then he will search for a way to use his ability, to make or his enemy surrender or he will kill. Other effective methods to active his ability initially are: he will make his enemy suspicious and uncomfortable with the situation since they don't know how Akira's ability work, creating a puzzle: where the enemy will wait or will attack believing that is his ability, which will lead to a certain victory for Akira.

Weaknesses: Normal human weakness. His ability only works in another person who believes in his ability, which means that as long as someone doesn't believe in his ability it will not work. To activate his ability somebody needs to focus on him as "target", if not, his ability will not work.

  • Sophist (詭弁家 (ソフィスト), lit. Kibenka (Sophist)): It is the ability of Akira which consists of the fact that the rest believes in its existence. It works on the principle that Akira needs to say something about his ability to his enemy, and if the enemy believes in it and imagines it in its head, then it instantly materializes, giving Akira-san advantages.
