Background

Hatsumi Sen, also known as The Floating Cloud, is an affiliated fighter within Kengan's parties. He represented the Nogi Group during the Kengan Annihilation Tournament. He is an extremely laid-back and rude person, so much so that all of his losses from Kengan were due to his disinterested attitude: 9 for falling asleep, 4 for rescuing, and 2 for forgetting there was a match. However, when he gets serious, he gets serious. Hatsumi is also a known ladies' man who has trouble keeping it in his pants, which is why some consider him nothing more than a lech. He is characterized by being as elusive as a floating cloud.

In the advance of a fight Hatsumi can reach something that he calls his apogee or peak point, where he is tremendously powerful being able to humiliate Bando even though he gave him several problems minutes ago

Intelligence: Above Average (Aikido expert, able to easily counter any martial art technique. His abilities are probably higher than the Fourth Fang of Metsudo. He should have been Metsudo's Fifth Fang if he hadn't resigned due to his laziness and was replaced by Agito in his place.)

Weaknesses: Extremely lazy, rarely takes some things seriously and can be easily distracted by women

Notable Attacks/Technique:

• Hatsumi-style Aikido: An alleged family style of Aikido passed down through the Hatsumi lineage. Hatsumi is so extremely proficient in this style that a man of Wakatsuki Takeshi's level and experience noted that facing Hatsumi using Aikido was reckless at best.
• Gathering Clouds: Triple Strike - Hatsumi delivers three strikes in rapid succession to the three vital areas of the face: the glabella, the philtrum, and the chin.
• Hundred Meetings Throw: Hatsumi grabs the opponent's wrist and throws it into the air. When they are face down in the air, he pulls on his arm and hits them headfirst into the ground.
• Stardrop: The culmination of all her techniques, Hatsumi places one hand under her opponent's chin and the other around her opponent's waist, and throws them headfirst with her back to the ground while preventing them from softening her fall.
