Background

Neopolitan, better known as Neo, is a major antagonist in RWBY, and is the former associate and ally of Roman Torchwick. After the Fall of Beacon, she hunts down Cinder Fall in revenge for Roman's death, but subsequently joins forces with her, shifting her target to Ruby Rose.

Neopolitan is almost always quiet, though it's been noted that she's capable of speaking, meaning she is not actually mute.

Even upon her first encounter with Yang Xiao Long, she completely decimated and outskilled her, and later nearly defeated Ruby Rose alongside Roman Torchwick)

Standard Tactics: She will lead in close-quarters combat, dodging any attacks she can with her Semblance and highly acrobatic evasion.

Weaknesses: She will sometimes play around with her opponent, such as seen against Yang, though this depends on who she's facing. Her Aura and Semblance can be drained if given enough damage, or if she's used too much of her semblance. This will also apply when she is resisting attacks, such as extreme colds or heats.
