Background

Togata was a major character in Fire Punch. As a self proclaimed director, he wanted to create a movie called "Fire Man", with Agni as the protagonist and hero, as a homage to his love for movies.

Producing quality content that will excite the audience was his highest concern, so as long as anything happening around and/or in front of him didn't interfere with that, he wouldn't interfere with it either, regardless of how morally irredeemable it is. Despite his cruelty, he did grow to care about Agni and sacrificed himself to save his life)
