Shinigami-Sama is the 6th of the 7 Wonder of Kamome Academy.
Shinigami grew up in an Oni village on the top of Mount Ooe and was the slave of one of the Yokai gods named Shuten Douji. The village was known for raiding and destroying human civilzations. The Oni are described as an extremely violent race that want nothing but destruction and to feed on humans for fun. One day, while taking care of his master's garden, Shinigami's entire village was killed by an Exorcist named Minamoto No Torimitsu. Shinigami was spared due to being considered a fluke among the Oni tribe. He was given the name Shinigami and was tasked to do various things under the Minamoto Clan for thousands of years. He would kill, tourture, and destroy people and supernaturals alike under the orders of his master. His main task was to protect and look after the Kannagi's and make sure they don't escape the village before getting sacrificed.
After many centuries, he became the 6th Wonder of Kamome Gakuen Academy and was promted to be one of the protectors of the land of the living and dead. During summer, an event called Urabon in which the border between the living and the supernatural worlds are blurded significantly. Shinigami kidnaped Nene Yashiro's best friend, Aoi Akane, due to her being a descendant of a Kannagi.

Alignment: True Neutral (Shinigami grew up only following orders from his masters. He'd save or kill people based on their orders and he'd have no issues carrying them out. A common ritual they would do in the city is to sacrifice young girls in order to seal away supernaturals so that they won't eat the humans. Shinigami was tasked with making sure that the Kannagi didn't escape their house before it was time to be sacrificed. He'd break their legs if they'd tried to run and if that didn't work then he'd blind them by destroying their eyes. He would also be tasked with burning down villages filled with innocent people in them with out remorse and he would brutally torture the enemies of his village just because he was ordered to. Every since he became a member of the 7 Wonders, he has been acting alone but he has been described as a very extreme character who takes matters into his own hands. He kidnapped Nene's best friend Aoi for a sacrifice in order to seperate the border between supernaturals and humans. He brain washed her and unknowingly killed Aoi while trying to kill all of her friends in order to stop them from getting in the way of his goals. Shinigami killed all of the inhabitants of his boundary because they got in the way of his goal while trying to recover Aoi for the sacrifice. He abandoned his yorishiro, Sumire, in a unending prison for many years so that she wouldn't be able to kill herself or get in the way. Later, after the serverance, he was perfectly ok with the people in his boundary dying from the voids showing up in his world. He beat Teru, Kou, and Akane almost to death because they entered into his boundary and caused trouble while taunting Kou on how weak his brother was. He doesn't really care for anyone's feelings and he sticks to his old customs)

Humans also hate Onis as they are violent by nature and Shinigami wasn't killed instantly. Shinigami was also able to fight on par with powerful Yokai despite the fact that he had no formal training. Was able to defeat Kou, Teru, and Akane very easily in combat), Soul Manipulation (Is able to interact with ghosts. Every school wonder was able to access their boundary while stuck in there. This is best seen when Mitsuba was able to access his boundary, "The Hell of Mirrors" while in Shijima Mei's boundary. After Nene was transported to another part of Shijima Mei's boundary, she states that the other world will be destroyed soon after. Shijima Mei was able to regenerate right afterwards), Immortality (Types 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 8. Shinigami is immortal and isn't able to age due to being a part of the Oni race. Shinigami, like all School Wonders, are protected by their Yorishiro and by God. Every School Wonder is not bound to life and death as they don't exist in their boundaries. Nene Yashiro's best friend, Aoi, was decapitated as a doll and Hanako explains that boundaries don't contain life and death within them. Shinigami should scale to the other School Wonders, who are able to survive massive holes in their chests and other parts of their body. Most supernaturals rely on their rumors in order to come back after death. While School Wonders don't necessarily need rumors to come back from, they are still able to use them if all other forms of immortality are negated), Regeneration Negation (Shinigami was able to negate the regeneration of the supernaturals that lived in his boundary. These supernaturals have High-Godly regeneration as they are able to survive the destruction of a boundary getting destroyed), Time Travel (Should be able to access the boundary rift like the other School Wonders. Every School Wonder is able to destroy the rumors of a supernatural after they get destroyed), Psychometry (Should scale to Hanako. When he enters another boundary, he is able to tell if they are getting close to the heart of the boundary. He is also able to tell what a spirit's weakness is just by looking at it as seen when he knew what Mitsuba was burdened by just by looking at him), Creation (Is able to create his Boundary and able to create things such as temporal prisons and other things in his boundary), Life Manipulation (Shinigami is able to create life from nothing and in an instant as seen when he made a bunch of big like creatures out of nothing), Save and Load (When a School Wonder dies, the will be brought back in time before they died. Shinigami should scale to Yugi Tsukasa who was able to go back in time after he died to see how Hanako killed him 50 years ago), Abstract Existence (Type 2, All spirits are the source of their rumors and if they were to die, the rumor would disappear. However, if the rumor gets changed or destroyed, it won't affect the spirit won't be affected), Acausality & Reality Separation (Types 3 and 4. Shinigami's boundary exists beyond all of reality and follows completely different seprate rules that Shinigami himself makes. He is unaffected by any of the changes that happens in reality and in the other boundaries), Passive Law Manipulation and Power Nullification (All School Wonders are able to freely control any of the rules of the verse while they are in their boundary. In said boundaries, they can completely remove the laws of physics like gravity, Life and Death, the rules of the Near Shore and Far Shore and many more. This can be best seen when Mitsuba wanted to become a human in his boundary. This version of Mitsuba is shown to be a pure apparition which was never alive in the living world to begin with, thus, making it impossible to become human in both the living world and the world of the dead. Mitsuba was later seen becoming a human in a boundary despite it being impossible. Should scale to Hanako, who nullified Kou's abilities with a seal. While in a boundary, A School Wonder is able to passively nullify a person's powers while in a boundary with the only way to get them back is to ask the School Wonder permission. This is best seen when Hanako states that a boundary can negate your powers entirely. This can be best seen with Shijima Mei. She was able to nullify everyone's powers while they were in her boundary. Nene can turn into a fish when she gets wet and she wasn't able to use this ability while in Shijima Mei's Boundary), Perspective Manipulation (Should Scale to the other School Wonders, who are able to create the rules and reality of their boundaries from nothing. It was stated by Shijima Mei that you can create the rules of the boundary from your strong emotions and desires), Reality Warping (Every School Wonder is able to freely manipulate the reality in their boundary. Tsukasa specifically states that School Wonders are able to do whatever they want in their boundaries, even if they break the laws of reality), Pocket Reality Manipulation and Personal Domain (Every School Wonder is has a pocket dimension named a "Boundary". These Boudaries are the personal domain of the School Wonder who owns it and is where their Yorishiro resides. These boundaries cannot be destroyed unless the yorishiro is destroyed and they don't get erased forever as they comeback right after it's destroyed. The School Wonder is able to make any rule that they want within their Boundary and that is where they are at their strongest), BFR (Shinigami is able to drag people into his boundary as well as pull people outside of it as well. This can be best seen when he dragged Nene Yashiro's best friend Aoi into in his boundary and she wasn't able to escape), Invulnerability (Every School Wonder has a Yorishiro within the deepest part of the boundary. A Yorishiro is the most precious possession of a School Wonder and acts as a battery that provides the Wonder with their power. It protects the Wonder from all damage and death with it's still intact while also protecting them from status ailments), Null Existence (Type 3. When a supernatural is destroyed completely, their rumor gets erased and will not exist in the conventional sense. School Wonders will become non existent if their Yorishiro is destroyed as their entire existence gets destroyed and they are able to stay alive in said state. This is best seen when the Confession Tree was destroyed and Hanako stated that they wanted to make a new rumor for them as the previous one was destroyed. Most supernaturals need rumors in order to exist.), Paradox Existence (Type 4. Every supernatural exists and goes by the rules of their rumors. However, School Wonders exist as their rumors but are not bound to them. Shinigami would scale to Shijima Mei's true self. She was able to completely ignore the rumors of the entire school even though most supernaturals can't go against the rumors. If the rumors state that you can't be interacted with in most cases then the supernatural wouldn't be able to be interacted with, even if you have special abilities), Reactive Adaptation (Should scale to Hanako and the other School Wonders who are able to adapt to lethal attacks. Hanako was able to adapt to Teru Minamoto's attacks in their fight. Due to being an exorcist, Teru's powers are able to negate the resistances of the supernatural in order to one shot them. It instantly destroys their rumor and can even affect characters that don't exist. Hanako was able to survive the attacks from Teru and didn't get one shot and they were doing less and less damage as the fight goes on), Absorption and Essence Manipulation (Should scale to the other School Wonders who are able to take the essence of other characters and absorb them to make themselves or others more powerful. Yugi Tsukasa was able to absorb the power of the 3rd Wonder's power after he defeated them. He then gave the power to Mitsuba to become one of the 7 Wonders), Forcefield Creation (Should scale to Hanako, who was able to give Nene Yashiro a protection charm that shields her from any damage), Forcefield Negation (Was able to cancel out Aoi's protection charm and kidnap her right afterwards), Resistance Negation (The 7 Wonders are able to negate the resistances of exorcists and supernaturals alike. Shinigami was able to kill all the supernaturals in his boundary with death manipulation despite the fact they don't have a biology and they'd all have a resistance to death manipulation as death doesn't exist in said boundary. He was also able to negate the powers of Teru and Kou, whose powers are able to persist in a boundary even though they passively nullify everyone's powers), Passive Death Manipulation and Corrosion Inducement (Shinigami is able to passively kill everyone who is in the same area as him. This can be best seen when Shinigami passively killed Aoi while she was in the same hallway as her. Normally, humans are not able to see supernaturals or feel their presence, even if they're standing next to you. It has been shown before that Aoi is not able to see any time of supernatural, even if they are right in front of them. Aoi was suddenly able to hear and see Shinigami when she got near him. Akane, the 1st Wonder, has a form that normal people can't see. He stated that Aoi was able to see him in said form after she got near Shinigami. Shinigami also passively killed the inhabitants of his boundary. The black fog that he creates can kill anything that it comes near or touches. Shinigami was able to rot away the supernatural's bodies with death manipulation even though they lack biology and the fact that they aren't bound to death due to their immortality), Smoke Manipulation and Weather Manipulation(Shinigami is able to make fog around his body passively that kills the people that touches it. He is also able to turn his body into smoke to become intangible and travel through things), Causality Manipulation (Shinigami was able to create a temporal prison for his Yorishiro so that she will get reset any time she dies or if something bad happens to her. All of the affects of the attack or the incapacitation will be gone from her body. He would also be able to apply this onto himself as he was the one that make the ability for his Yorishiro), Subjective Reality and Reality Warping (Every School Wonder is able to control reality and change it with in their boundaries. This can be best seen when Shijima Mei was able to make a reality where supernaturals didn't exist and everyone in the world was normal), Acausality Negation (Type 3. Resistance to Conceptual Manipulation (Due to being a School Wonder, Shinigami doesn't need rumors in order to exist and he is not affected by his rumor changing. Scales to Hanako and Shijima Mei, who were able to resist their rumors completely. Hanako's rumor says that he was a girl who grants wishes with an orb. Hanako turned out to be a boy who doesn't grant wishes with an orb despite his rumors saying so. Shijima Mei rejected her rumors casually, stating that she doesn't care for the rumors), Regeneration Negation and Irreversible Damage (Shinigami, along with the other supernaturals, is able to regenerate after the severance, which is supposed to completely stop you from regenerating back. Shinigami was seen to be perfectly fine after the severance), Electricity Manipulation (Was completely unaffected by the electricity coming from Kou's body and weapon. The lightning coming from his weapon is able to nullify a supernatural's abilities and negate their regeneration completely. Shinigami was fine after grabbing Kou's weapon mid attack and punching him), Holy Manipulation (Every exorcist's abilities have holy properties that is counteracts evil supernaturals in order to completely destroy them. Shinigami was able to grab the weapon that was filled with an exorcist's power and was perfectly fine afterwards, being seemingly unphased), Purification (Shinigami was able to be unaffected by Kou Minamoto's abilities after touching the power itself), Soul Manipulation (Was fine after getting hit with an attack from an exorcist. Should scale to Hanako, who was able to take multiple soul destruction attacks that negate your resistance to soul based attacks), Resistance Negation (Shinigami maintained his resistances against opponents who can negate the resistances of other characters. Many of the Yokai were able to negate the resistances of exorcists and Shinigami was able to beat the perfectly fine. He was able to keep his resistances in his fight against Kou and Teru Minamoto), Curse Manipulation (Should scale to the other School Wonders, who are able to resist curses that are put on them. This can be best seen when Hanako was able to resist the Mermaid's Curse. This curse turns the character into a fish like creature and forces them to serve the Mermaid for all of eternity. When Nene Yashiro was turned into a fish, Hanako stated that he'd share the curse with Nene in order to make her life as normal as possible. He also states, that whenever you get wet when cursed, you'd turn into a fish instantly. We see that Hanako gets wet multiple times and he has been shown to be perfectly fine), Power Nullification (Should be comparable to the other School Wonders, who are able to use their abilities in other boundaries. Tsukasa was able to use his power in the Fourth Wonder's boundary, which passively nullifies abilities. This can be best seen when Nene Yashiro's powers to become a fish was gone after going into Shijima Mei's boundary. Shinigami was able to use his abilities right after touching the abilities of Kou Minamoto), Observation (Due to being a School Wonder, Shinigami is able to resist his rumors and isn't bound to them. Rumors shape reality in the universe. Everyone in the verse is able to use or manipulate rumors, even normal people. Most supernaturals rely on them in order to exist in the human world and they can't normally go against them. They can manipulate the truth of the world and can rewrite history itself), Fear and Perception Manipulation (Scales to Hanako, who was fine in the 3rd Wonder's Boundary. The Third Wonder's boundary, The Hell of Mirrors, shows the fear and wickedness in a person's mind and manifests said fears into real life. It was stated that if a person has a lot of guilt and fear in their hearts, the boundary will become stronger. Hanako has been shown to have lots of guilt and regrets and it was stated if he were to go in there, everyone would instantly die. However, he was still unaffected by the boundary), Law Manipulation and Reality Warping (Shinigami lives close to the far shore. Teru states that supernaturals that live in Shinigami's boundary doesn't follow the laws of the human world and they can actively go against them. He should also scale to the other School Wonders, who are able to use their abilities in other boundaries), Mind Manipulation (Every School Wonder's Yorishiro is able to protect them from the mind manipulation that was coming from the Hell of Mirrors), Time Manipulation (Via Extra-Temporal speed), Nothingness Manipulation and Corrosion Inducement (Shinigami was unaffected by the voids that were appearing all over his boundary. These voids are able to rot your body away into nothing by getting near them. Scales to Hanako, who was able to stand next to a void and was unaffected)
Supernatural Sword: Shinigami has a sword that can interact with Yokai and supernaturals. His sword is able to negate the resistances of the people that he fights and can nullify the durability of his opponents
Supernatural Spear: Just like the sword, the spear is able to kill Yokai and supernaturals and negate their resistances.
Smoke Sneak-Attack: Shinigami is able to turn himself into smoke/fog in order to sneak attack his opponents and deal a lethal blow on them. He is able to phase through surfaces and negate his sound in order to be more stealthy
Standard Tactics: Shinigami will try to sneak up on his opponent and strike their weak spot to quickly take them out. He will try his best to kill his opponent or stop them at all costs. He can't be reasoned with in combat and is more or less a blank slate.
Weaknesses: If you break a School Wonder's Yorishiro, they will become significantly weaker and become vulnerable. The only way to break a Yorishiro is to be bonded to a School Wonder.
