Powers and Abilities

Superhuman Physical Characteristics, Immortality (Types 1, 5, and 7: Is an immortal lich that is described to achieve a state beyond life and death), Necromancy (Learned necromancy at a young age), Stealth Mastery (As a kid, Vecna managed to sneak into the libraries without being caught), Sheer Will (His sheer hatred would not allow him to die), Dimensional Travel and Cosmic Awareness (Became aware of alternate universes, being able to travel through them), Creation (Created the Sword of Kas), Telepathy and Enhanced Senses (Can hear a mysterious voice that guides him, which is most likely the Serpent), Time Travel (Able to travel through time)

Vecna has created and written the Book of Vile Darkness, and can use any and all abilities and spells the Book possesses, granting him the following: Passive Madness Manipulation (The mere act of looking into the book causes one to go mad), Passive Animal Manipulation, Plant Manipulation, and Corrosion Inducement (Nature can't abide by the book's presence - it destroys whatever it touches, withering plants, scaring away animals, and even turning stone into powder), Passive Morality Manipulation (Any creature that attunes to the book must make a saving throw using Charisma. On failure, their alignment will change to Neutral Evil), Immortality (Type 8: The Book will remain as long as evil exists), Teleportation (The Book will disappear if the attuned person doesn't commit an evil act in due time), Irreversible Damage, Sealing, and Soul Manipulation (If one dies while attuned to the book, their soul will be imprisoned by an evil entity, and can't be restored to life), Power Bestowal and Curse Manipulation (The Book will give a number of properties, both beneficial and detrimental) Resistance to Holy Manipulation and Limited Power Modification (Modifications to the book must be evil, any good or even neutral thing will presumably be unwritten)

Background

Egg Dog is a playable character in Fight of Animals. They are a versatile trap based character who relies on their egg set to control space on defense or create safe, highly damaging mixups on offense. With short normals and specials, Egg Dog relies on the momentum of any mistake the opponent makes to hit them. In return, they gets some of the highest damaging combos in the game that corner carry and lead directly to a threatening high-low mixup.
