Mike Tyson
Background
Mike Tyson (Mr. Dream in Punch Out!!, and Mark Tyler in Power Punch II) is the Champion of the World in Mike Tyson's Punch Out!! and is the last boxer Little Mac must challenge. In the sequel to Mike Tyson's Punch Out!!, due to Mike Tyson's contract with Nintendo expiring along with them stopping any further promotion due to him being convicted for a crime, Power Punch II stars Mike Tyson, now renamed Mark Tyler, fight off against the best boxers in the galaxy.
In other copies of Punch Out!!, Mike Tyson was replaced with Mr. Dream, a boxer with a flawless 99-0 win to loss ratio, and the final champion Little Mac has to face.
Codex Statistics
Key: Mike Tyson | Mike Tyson (Another World Circuit) | Mr. Dream | Mr. Dream (Another World Circuit) | Mark Tyler/Mike Tyson
Tier: 10-A | 10-A | 10-A | 10-A | At least 9-C
Name: Mike Tyson, Mr. Dream, Mark Tyler, Tough Guy, Kid Dynamite,
Origin: Mike Tyson's Punch Out!!, later Power Punch II
Sex: Male
Age: 21 (?? for Mr. Dream), older in Power Punch II
Classification: Boxer
Dimensionality: 3-D
Attack Potency: Peak Human level (Has a flawless record, and stated that he was far stronger than Little Mac, even being able to oneshot him. Even his weakest jabs can noticeably harm Mac. Stated that "You think the speed of your fingers can match the strength of my fists?", implying that he views himself far stronger than Mac, further supported with him seeing Little Mac as just a puny kid, and a "joke") | Peak Human level (Superior to his previous strengh, and can keep up with Little Mac in Another World Circuit) | Peak Human level (Has the highest win/loss record of any fighter in the Punch-Out series, and stat-wise is the exact same as Mike Tyson) | Peak Human level (Superior to his previous strength) | At least Bone level (It was outright stated that Mark Tyler was superior to every man on Earth and no one was able to beat him, and was able to clear every fighter in the universe, along with being able to hit someone this hard. Can fight Grathnox 4B, who is half-tank. The champion of the Universe Fly-Mo casually beat everyone in the universe, allowing him to become the undisputed champion, and Mark Tyler should be superior to that, as him winning against Fly-Mo confirmed that he could beat anyone in the universe once he was champion. Even with his basic punches he can easily topple over cyborgs and robotic boxers, along with aliens with extremely enhanced strength far above humans. All of the champions are outright stated to be far superior to anything Mark Tyler had faced, with inhuman stamina, warp drive speed, and ferocious strength)
Durability: Peak Human level (Can tank hits from Little Mac and views himself as stronger than them physically) | Peak Human level (Superior to before) | Peak Human level | Peak Human level | At least Bone level (Can tank hits from other champions, such as Borg. All of the champions are outright stated to be far superior to anything Mark Tyler had faced, with inhuman stamina, warp drive speed, and ferocious strength)
Striking Strength: Peak Human Class (Can one-shot Little Mac with his uppercuts and do significant damage with his jabs) | Peak Human Class (Superior to before) | Peak Human Class | Peak Human Class | At least Bone level (All of the champions are outright stated to be far superior to anything Mark Tyler had faced, with inhuman speed and ferocious strength)
Lifting Strength: Peak Human | Peak Human | Peak Human | Peak Human | At least Superhuman (Comparable to other boxers who can support their own weight, such as cyborgs, and aliens who are merely hands attached to a head. Superior to Fly-Mo, who was able to beat everyone "in the universe", so he'd be superior to other aliens, along with humans, where the strongest ones can lift this much. All of the champions are outright stated to be far superior to anything Mark Tyler had faced, with inhuman stamina, warp drive speed, and ferocious strength)
Travel Speed: Peak Human (Is an extremely fit boxer and would place him at this level, and can keep up with Little Mac in travel, where he is slightly slower than a bike on foot, but is still a casual speed for him) | Peak Human | Peak Human | Peak Human | Superhuman (Can move faster than Grathnox 4B, who's lower half is a tank, where they can move up to 20mph on terrain and 45mph on roads, and can move just as quick, if not quicker than Fly-Mo, who was stated to have sped through every boxer, including Grathnox 4B. All of the champions are outright stated to be far superior to anything Mark Tyler had faced, inhuman stamina, warp drive speed, and ferocious strength)
Attack Speed: Superhuman (Can keep up with Little Mac who can react to Great Tiger, who's able to move at a speed far superior to Little Mac's travel speed, and can hit Little Mac) | Superhuman (Superior to before) | Superhuman | Superhuman | Superhuman (Can hit and defeat every champion, most of which have enhanced reactionary speed and can react to their own movement. All of the champions are outright stated to be far superior to anything Mark Tyler had faced, with inhuman stamina, warp drive speed, and ferocious strength)
Reaction Speed: Superhuman (Should be comparable to fighters such as to Great Tiger, who's able to move at a speed far superior to Little Mac's travel speed, which his reactions should scale to. Should also be comparable to Little Mac who can block all of those previous hits) | Superhuman (Superior to before) | Superhuman | Superhuman | Superhuman (All of the champions are outright stated to be far superior to anything Mark Tyler had faced, with inhuman stamina, warp drive speed, and ferocious strength)
Stamina: Peak Human | Peak Human (Superior to before) | Peak Human (Has not been exhausted at all, despite having a flawless 99-0 record, where 99 of which were done with KOs, and hadn't lost once) | Peak Human (Superior to before) | Superhuman (Wasn't exhausted at all, even after fighting the strongest champions of the universe, who had inhuman stamina, and were far stronger than him)
Range: Standard Melee
Intelligence: Presumably Above Average, Genius combat-wise (Not only is Mike Tyson/Mr. Dream the undefeated champion, the latter has a completely flawless win to loss ratio of 99-0, making him one of the most skilled boxers in the series. Mark Tyler was able to outskill and defeat every boxer in the game, who were one of the best boxers in the entire universe, even if they had an advantage over him such as speed or strength, and his entire fighting style within Power Punch II is exploiting his opponent's tactics)
Powers and Techniques
Peak Human, Human Achievements (Is an extremely skilled boxer, Mr. Dream has a flawless 99-0 win/loss record), Martial Arts (The most skilled champion in Mike Tyson's Punch Out!! and Punch Out!! featuring Mr. Dream, even surpassing Little Mac had he not gotten more training), Healing (Similar to other boxers and Little Mac himself, Mike Tyson can heal himself with his own will when he gets up, requiring multiple KOs to even TKO him) | Superhuman Physical Characteristics, Human Achievements (Is the most skilled boxer in the universe, as stated multiple times, and beat the previous champion of the universe, who was able to defeat every champion), Martial Arts, Instinctive Reaction (Should upscale to boxers who are stated to have enhanced instincts and lightning-quick reflexes), Healing, Supernatural Willpower (Similar other champions, Mark Tyler can heal himself when he's KOed, requiring multiple KOs in order to even TKO him, and can go right through attacks that do heavy damage to him without issue)
Other
Standard Tactics: He leads with an uppercut, typically one-shotting his opponent. Mark Tyler is a much more quicker fighter, and will make sure to counter any weakspots in his opponents fighting style, even if they're extremely simple.
Weaknesses: None notable.
Note: Super Punch II, while not canon to the Punch Out series, is supposed to be the sequel to Mike Tyson's Punch Out!!, and stars Mike Tyson (who was replaced with Mark Tyler), so it is still listed here as it was intended to be the Mike Tyson from Mike Tyson's Punch Out!!.
Note 2: Do not attempt to scale Power Punch II to Punch Out!! characters, as they are supposed to be separate canons, with Mike Tyson still being the world champion during the events of Power Punch II, whilst intended to be a sequel to the game Mike Tyson's Punch Out!! before Nintendo's contract expired with him, and because they had stopped associating with him after crimes he had committed.
