Background

Cerberooze is the 4th boss in blackout Hospital and is the Transformation Lucky takes when distressed. Lucky was a therapy dog for Altobuck Hospital, being seen as the "Goodest boy". After the battle, Vasilis notices it leave its collar behind after Lucky fled. deciding to bring it back onto Lucky's neck, Lucky transforms back into itself, licking Vasilis' face.
