 Scenario: "So this is Goldenrod City? Mhh...pretty empty considering the size" Jack noted as aimlessly walked around. He had been recently called to help the local police force with an investigation concerning strange murders. Numerous people had been sporting bite marks all over their body, as if someone or something had attempted to feast on them. As the detective explored, he suddenly came across a police officer, intrigued into what was going on, Jack approached the officer. "Hey, Jack Blue, investigator, i was called here to assist you with a case, but the city's a goddamn ghost town what happened?" The man questioned, but to his surprise he got no anwser out of the officer before him. "You deaf or something?" Jack said, getting a little heated at being so rudely ignored. This seemed to have caught the attention of the officer who turned around, gun in hand "shit, Another one so soon? Better get rid of it". Jack's eyes widened as the officer pointed his gun twoards him. Conditions:

 Klaus has the issue of Jack's bullets teleport and go through walls so Jack can effectively range spam on a better level then Klaus. Giving it to Jack.

Yeah Jack's bullets are just way better than Klaus, he actively het under cover and keep range spamming + he doesn't have to worry abour running out
