You boys have been making an awful big ruckus in my territory. I don't take too kindly to that.
~ The Sheriff in Project Nexus 2

Background

The Sheriff is Hank's primary target and the main antagonist during the episodes Madness Combat 2: Redeemer and Madness Combat 3: Avenger. A bounty was placed on Hank presumably by the Sheriff for the events of Madness Combat 1. Due to the Sheriff activating the Improbability Drive in an attempt to stop Hank, the Sheriff can be considered the overall overarching antagonist for the rest of the Madness Combat series.

Powers and Stats

Tier: 10-A, Unknown with the Improbability Drive | 9-A

Name: The Sheriff

Origin: Madness Combat

Gender: Male

Age: Unknown

Classification: Human, Sheriff, Former Leader of the A.A.H.W.

Attack Potency: Athlete level (Inferior to Hank, but should be comparable to Grunts, who are trained soldiers), Unknown with Improbability Drive (Allows the user to warp reality and cause improbable things to happen, though its effects don't seem fully controllable. His Improbability Drive caused the Sun to turn into a human, causing the sky to permanently darken) | Small Building level (Could contend with Sanford and Deimos)

Dimensionality: 3-D

Travel Speed: Athletic Human | Subsonic (Can outrun Sanford and Deimos, both can keep up with Hank)

Combat Speed: Supersonic+ (Comparable to grunts, who are capable of deflecting bullets) | Supersonic+ (Can keep up with Sanford and Deimos)

Reaction Speed: Supersonic+ | Supersonic+

Lifting Strength: Unknown | Unknown, possibly Class 1 (Comparable to Sanford, who can effortlessly throw Grunts around)

Striking Strength: Athlete Class | Small Building Class

Durability: Athlete level | Small Building level (Could take hits from Sanford and Deimos)

Stamina: Average | Extremely High (Comparable to Sanford and Deimos)

Range: Tens of Meters with Walther PPK, higher with Improbability Drive | Tens of Meters with firearms

Powers and Abilities: Human Achievements, Weapon Usage (Wields a Walther PPK), Empowerment (Emotion is a powerful factor in Nevada, so much so that Hank being ecstatic about his murders makes him more powerful and unstoppable than if he were furious, and his excitement is also what helps him be stronger than Sanford and Deimos), Reality Warping, Probability Manipulation, Gravity Manipulation, Physics Manipulation, and Transmutation (The Improbability Drive gives control over improbability in order to cause things to happen. When doing this it changes gravity repeatedly and breaks the laws of physics, on one occasion creating falling whales and giant marshmallows in the sky before turning the sun itself into a normal grunt. Its power could also shift an entire building), Resistance to Pain (The weakest beings of Nevada feel lots of pain and yet they still appear unaffected), Mind Manipulation and Trauma (Nevada generally doesn't have much humanity; there are no women, no children, no men. Just monsters. As time goes on the entropy of Nevada just increases due to the sheer madness), Limited Empathic Manipulation (Relationships aren't really a thing in Nevada) and Fear Manipulation (Fear isn't a powerful motivator in Nevada) | Same as before except the abilities from the Improbability Drive, Superhuman Physical Characteristics, Martial Arts, Acrobatics, Likely Immortality (Type 4 and 6. Was indicated to have been brought back from the dead, implying he was brought back by the Higher Powers, who have brought Hank, Jesus, and Tricky back to life and control the scheme of things, suggesting fate-like powers that give Hank and other Nevadans plot armor because of their physical and mental endurance)

Standard Equipment: Walther PPK, Improbability Drive | Multi-Barrel Shotgun, Revolver, SWAT Vest

Intelligence: Average | Average, Genius in combat (Could fight on par with and strategize against Sanford and Deimos, who are on par with Hank)

Standard Tactics: The Sheriff in the main series would flee from his opponent and will send out his subordinates to kill them. His Project Nexus 2 counterpart, on the other hand, is capable of fighting for himself and will try to take the defensive and try shoot his opponent from a distance.

Weaknesses: Is a coward and prefers to have others fight for him, though this doesn't apply to his Project Nexus 2 counterpart.
