Background

Mind Manipulation is the power to mentally control and manipulate others through manipulation of the mind. With it, the user can control the minds of others with targets completely subject to their mental control, or even erase the mind itself. Despite the common misconception, mind manipulation doesn't only deal with control over the mental aspect of one, but also control over one's biological brain, or biochemical means.

Mind Manipulation potency should be judged on how many beings its user can affect at once whilst using the ability, the size of a structure it was capable of mentally manipulating those within, or the substance of a mind itself being present. Though there are other varying labels that can give mental potency. Mind Manipulation has various different categories and applications that can be used as shown below.
