Winnie the Pooh is a parody made by Doobus Goobus of the actual Winnie the Pooh. Much like his official counterpart, he is a kind and caring, wholesome bear. Originally he merely just went to the store to get some honey, but after a few days he went from owning the store, to becoming preisdent of the United States, to becoming King of the World.

When it was announced he'd be ruler of the world, every single world leader out of instinct fixed all their problems purely cause they didn't want to make Pooh too stressed. With it being noted that being known as a world leader who dissapointed Winnie the Pooh would be political suicide.
