Background
Eugene Paul Patilio, Jr is the inexperienced vignette known as Leapfrog. After his suit was lit on fire by its boosters he tried to sue its creator, Luke Jacobson with his attorney She-Hulk. During his trial he admitted to using jet fuel for his rocket boots which he was not supposed to do allowing Luke Jacobson and his attorney Matthew Murdock also known as Daredevil to win the case. After this Leapfrog kidnaped Luke Jacobson and tried to force him to remake his suit with She-Hulk and Daredevil coming to Luke's aid and stopping Leapfrog.
