MY NAME IS EVE. I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR YOU. MY FATHER WAS GEORGE. HE WAS TAKEN TO THE ENDS OF THE UNIVERSE, AND THEN HE RETURNED HERE. MY DUTY IS TO PROTECT YOU.

Background

EVE is a robot created by George to assist Ninten in his journey during the events of MOTHER (localized as EarthBound Beginnings). It is extremely powerful, and can defeat nearly any enemy in the game in a single hit, besides certain bosses.

After Lloyd fixes a boat in the lake on the base of Mt. Itoi, Ninten's party are sucked into a whirlpool in the center, finding a strange lab at the bottom of the lake. Inside the lab, they find EVE, who claims to be created by George solely to protect Ninten. Ninten's party than begins traveling toward the top of Mt. Itoi along with EVE, only to find a robot named R-7038XX, who, in a battle, destroys EVE, although R-7038XX is destroyed in the process. After EVE is destroyed, its remains bear the seventh melody. In the MOTHER 1+2 version of Mother, Ninten will then obtain the Memory Chip, which will take his party back to the spot where EVE was destroyed.

Classification: Party Member

Species: Robot

State of Being: Regular

Occupation: None

Alignment: Lawful Good (Programmed by George to protect Ninten at all costs)

Protection Level: Street Protector (Programmed to protect Ninten at all cost)

Codex Statistics

Grade: A

Tier: At least 8-C, Higher with Self-Destruction

Cardinality: Finite

Dimensionality: 3-D

Attack Potency: At least Buiding level (Potency) (An extremely powerful party member capable of instantly one-shotting enemies that still give a late game Ninten and co. issue, putting EVE far beyond a late mid game MOTHER 2 cast, who can fight and defeat the Kraken, who massively dwarfs an entire ship in size. Can deal far more damage to R-7038XX then Ninten and co. could), Higher with Self-Destruction (Eve’s explosion completely destroyed R-7038XX)

Durability: At least Buiding level

Striking Strength: At least Building Class (Potency)

Lifting Strength: At least Class 5 (Superior to mid game MOTHER 2 cast, who are able to lift a submarine, which weigh around 4,750 tons)

Travel Speed: Superhuman (Can run around with Ninten and co. just fine, who can move 700 meters in about 13 seconds)

Attack Speed: At least Transonic (Usually the first to attack in combat before all other enemies and the late game main party, making them comparable to the cast of MOTHER 3, who can dodge shouts from the Steel Mechorilla)

Reaction Speed: At least Transonic

Stamina: Limitless

Range: Likely Several Meters via sheer size

Intelligence: Unknown Intelligence (Hasn’t displayed much intelligence feats though Eve should be pretty adept in fighting as George built Eve to protect Ninten)

Knowledge: Unknown level

Powers and Techniques

Superhuman Physical Characteristics, Inorganic Physiology (Nonliving Object; As a natural robot), Enhanced Senses (It could sense Ninten while deactivated), Self-Destruction (If Eve takes enough damage they will self-destruct, this self-destruction was capable of one-shotting an enemy they previously were inferior too), Teleportation (Contains a memory chip that allows people to teleport back to them)

Notable Techniques

  • Self-Destruct: A last resort move for Eve once they took too much damage from R-7038XX, which was capable of completely one-shotting R-7038XX.

Other

Standard Tactics: Eve will do standard attacks and self-destruct if they take too much damage.

Weaknesses: Nothing notable.
