It is based off of the Statue of Liberty (Due to them both existing in New York/Pork City, holding a book in one hand an extending out an object in another). It can be fought after defeating [[Fassad|Miracle Fasad]]. This boss fight is nearly impossible due to it being able to easily one-shot party members and having 99,999,999 HP and only being dealt 1 damage, but you can make quick work out of it with a New Year's Eve bomb and PK Flash
